The Board of Directors is the highest governing body within the Society. They make the final decision for SESS policy and budgetary changes. They meet on a monthly basis throughout the year and are comprised of 12 voting members.

The Executive of the society manages the bulk of the operations. Any number of them can be found in the office throughout the work week. They coordinate large events and manage all of the commissioners. They meet regularly.

The Commissioners work under The Executive and ensure that specific operations of the SESS run smoothly. Commissioner duties range from small day-to-day tasks to very large event coordination.

First Year Representatives work under the First Year Priorities Commissioner and form the First Year Council. First Year Reps deliver announcements to classes and plan events aimed at first years.
